The Leasehold Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Sark) Law, 2019 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2020

THE Chief Pleas of Sark, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 19th November, 2020, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 10 of the Leasehold Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Sark) Law, 2019[a], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-

Commencement of Law.

The Leasehold Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Sark) Law, 2019 shall come into force on the 30^th November, 2020.

Citation.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Leasehold Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Sark) Law, 2019 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2020.
