The Liquor Licensing (Fees) (Amendment) (Sark) Ordinance, 2000
 
THE CHIEF PLEAS OF SARK, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 8 and 24 of the Reform (Sark) Law, 1951[a], as amended, hereby order:-
 
Amendment to Fees Ordinance.
1.      For section 1 of the Liquor Licensing (Fees) (No. 2) (Sark) Ordinance, 1979, as amended[b], substitute the following:-
 
"Fees for liquor licences.
1.      The annual fees payable in respect of the categories of liquor licence which may be granted under the provisions of Section 9 of the Liquor Licensing (General Provisions) (Sark) Ordinance, 1979, as amended (hereinafter called “the Ordinance of 1979”) shall be as follows-
 
 
Category of licence.
Fees per annum.
1.      Hotel licence.
£5.00 per bedroom in the hotel premises.
2.      Public house licence.
£100.00.
3.      General off-licence for the       sale of intoxicating liquor       for consumption off the       licensed premises.
£50.00.
4.      Restaurant licence.
£50.00.
5.      Guest house licence.
£30.00.".
 
Citation.
2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Liquor Licensing (Fees) (Amendment) (Sark) Ordinance, 2000.
 
Commencement.
3.      This Ordinance shall come into force on the date upon which it is made.
