The Development Control (Sark) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2009

THE CHIEF PLEAS OF SARK, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 30^th September, 2009, hereby order:-

Amendment of the Ordinance.

1. (1) Immediately after the word "require" in subsection (2) of section 5 of the Development Control (Sark) Ordinance, 1992 (as amended) ("the Ordinance"), insert ", and by the prescribed fee (if any)".

(2) In section 12(1) of the Ordinance, at the end of the definition of "plan", for "." substitute "; and", and then insert the following definition -

""prescribed" means prescribed in writing by the Committee.".

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Development Control (Sark) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2009.
