The Real Property (Transfer Tax, Charging and Related Provisions) (Sark) Law, 2007 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2021
THE Chief Pleas of Sark, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 20(1) of the Real Property (Transfer Tax, Charging and Related Provisions) (Sark) Law, 2007[a], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-
Commencement of section 11 of the Law.
Section 11 of the Real Property (Transfer Tax, Charging and Related Provisions) (Sark) Law, 2007 shall come into force on 1st February, 2021.
Citation.
This Ordinance may be cited as the Real Property (Transfer Tax, Charging and Related Provisions) (Sark) Law, 2007 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2021.
