The Real Property (Transfer Tax, Charging and Related Provisions) (Sark) (Amendment) Law, 2019 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2020
THE Chief Pleas of Sark, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 19th November, 2020, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 4 of the Real Property (Transfer Tax, Charging and Related Provisions) (Sark) (Amendment) Law, 2019[a], hereby order:-
Commencement of Law.
The Real Property (Transfer Tax, Charging and Related Provisions) (Sark) (Amendment) Law, 2019 shall come into force on the 1st February, 2021.
Citation.
This Ordinance may be cited as the Real Property (Transfer Tax, Charging and Related Provisions) (Sark) (Amendment) Law, 2019 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2020.
