The Road Traffic Offences (Motor Vehicles and Bicycles) (Sark) (Amendment) Law, 2015 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2016

THE CHIEF PLEAS OF SARK, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 4 of the Road Traffic Offences (Motor Vehicles and Bicycles) (Sark) (Amendment) Law, 2015[a], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-

Commencement of Law.

1. The Road Traffic Offences (Motor Vehicles and Bicycles) (Sark) (Amendment) Law, 2015 shall come into force on 6th April, 2016.

Interpretation.

2. (1) The Interpretation (Guernsey) Law, 1948[b] applies to the interpretation of this Ordinance.

(2) Any reference in this Ordinance to an enactment is a reference thereto as from time to time amended, re-enacted (with or without modification), extended or applied.

Citation.

3. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic Offences (Motor Vehicles and Bicycles) (Sark) (Amendment) Law, 2015 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2016.
