The Financial Provisions (Variation of Rates) (Sark) (No.2) Ordinance, 2023
 
THE CHIEF PLEAS OF SARK, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 22nd November, 2023 and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 2 and 5 of the Financial Provisions (Sark) Law, 1978[a], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-
 
Variation of landing tax.
1.      In the First Schedule to the Financial Provisions (Sark) Law, 1978 ("the Law"), for "£1.31 per person" substitute "£1.40 per person".
 
Variation of harbour dues.
2.      In the Second Schedule to the Law, for "5p" in each place where it appears, substitute "6p".
 
Citation.
3.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Financial Provisions (Variation of Rates) (Sark) (No. 2) Ordinance, 2023.
 
Commencement.
4.      This Ordinance comes into force on 1st January, 2024.
