Appeal against the finding of facts and the conclusion of law made by the Royal Court specifically, firstly challenging the suitability of the PPI for appointment by the Respondent in relation to the Appellant’s Members Account in the Pension Scheme and secondly challenging the decision of the Respondent to invest the DB Proceeds into the Bond allocated among the Three Funds.
