Applications for leave to appeal to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council and for a stay of
execution of the Court of Appeal judgment dated 26 July 2024. Application by the Respondent for an
order under s.75K(11) of the Income Tax (Guernsey) Law 1975 that the Notices be effective without
modification pending the appeal, and that the Applicants be ordered to comply with the Notices
forthwith.
