Applications by Mr Fuller and Mr Tattersall for leave to appeal to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council refused, the Court holding that none of the proposed grounds raised an arguable point of law of general public importance.
A further time‑limited stay of execution granted solely to allow the applicants to seek special leave from the Judicial Committee.
