Fraudulent evasion of the prohibition on importation of a controlled drug of Class A, being MDMA, or ecstasy, in contravention of the prohibition on importation imposed by section 2(1)(a) of the Misuse of Drugs (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1974 and failure to comply with a notice served on you to disclose information under section 46 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2003 and failure to surrender to bail.
