Assault, supplying a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis resin, to another in contravention of section 3(3)(b) of the Misuse of Drugs Law 1974, as amended, failure to disclose certain information within seven days, as required by a notice served under section 46 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2003 and knowingly permitting the smoking of cannabis resin as the occupier of a premises.
