Being knowingly concerned in the fraudulent evasion of the prohibition on importation of goods, contrary to section 77(1)(b) and 77(2) of the Customs and Excise (General Provisions) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1972, as amended and failing to disclose certain information within 7 days, as required by a Notice served under Section 46 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2003, as amended.
