Jointly concerned in the supply of cannabis, a controlled drug of Class Bs contrary to section 3(1) of the Misuse of Drugs (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1974. Further individual charges of producing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis, an offence under section 57(1)(b) of the Drug Trafficking (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000 and unlawful possession of cannabis.
