Supplying a cannabis based product, contrary to section 14A(2) of the Misuse of Drugs (Bailiwick of
Guernsey) Ordinance 1997, which constitutes an offence under section 17 of the Misuse of Drugs
(Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 1974, as amended and importation of Class C drugs, namely steroids
which bear the names Methandienone and Oxandrolone in contravention of the prohibition on
importation imposed by section 2(1)(a) of the Misuse of Drugs Law.
