Appeal against the sentences imposed by the Magistrate’s Court on 15th August 2024: section 4(1)(a) of The Public Order (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2006 – public order offence - fear or provocation of violence 15.6.24. - 1 month’s immediate custody; and (2) assault on an unknown male at the same time and place - 1 month’s immediate custody concurrent. Appeal dismissed.
