The Traffic Offences (Fixed Penalties) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2007

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 26th October 2006,[a] and in exercise of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-

Amendment to the 1989 Ordinance.

1.      (1)      In column (3) of Schedule 1 to the Traffic Offences (Fixed Penalties) Ordinance, 1989, as amended[b] ("the 1989 Ordinance"), for "£15.00", wherever appearing, substitute "£30.00".

(2)      At the end of Schedule 1 to the 1989 Ordinance, insert the following entries in columns (1), (2) and (3) respectively -

Offences against section 1 of the Vehicular Traffic (Parking at Beau Sejour) (Prohibition) Ordinance, 1979[c] 

Prohibition on parking anywhere at the Beau Sejour Estate otherwise than in accordance with traffic signs or with written permission of the Culture and Leisure Department.

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Traffic Offences (Fixed Penalties) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2007.
